We no longer clean occupied residential properties as our vacating rental and commercial clients keep our technicians busy throughout the year.

Our Service area covers all Hobart Suburbs. We have 4 fully equipped service vehicles on the road and can also service outline regions as required.
What is your minimum charge
Minimum service charge is $140.00 + GST = $154.00 .
How long will the carpet take to dry
As a general rule carpet will take 4-6 hours to dry, This time can depend on weather conditions. Opening windows will allow air movement which will speed up the drying process.
Can I walk on carpet during the drying process
For potential slip hazard reasons it is advised that you allow the carpet to dry prior to foot traffic. If you do access the carpet prior to drying being complete- please be very careful when walking from damp carpet to hard floor due to possible slip hazard.
Do you guarantee to remove all stains
Unfortunately not every stain. We use the very best of products suited to your carpet style, however some stains are dye set or carpet has had colour removed due to incorrect spot cleaning products used.
